What is AMOD?
AMOD assists the user in the choice of an oligonucleotide for design of an antisense morpholino against a target nucleotide sequence. The program uses translation initiation site predictions and sequence to sequence comparisons to aid in target sequence selection and base composition and homodimerizations calculations to aid in putative morpholino identification.
